CREATING BALANCE IN:
SPIRITUAL AND PHYSICAL EXERCISES
As a graduate of the Institute of Integrative Nutrition (IIN), the largest nutrition school in the world, you will receive nutritional insights, methods, and self-motivational techniques to give you the guidance to achieve your optimal health and happiness.
During your bi-monthly sessions, we will collaborate to ensure your goals are defined with clarity along with the actions needed to achieve them. The program is based on the theory of bio-individuality, whereby different levels of health and habit are tailored to address your individual needs.
At the beginning of of each session, we will determine the most effective use of your hour to fulfill your specific needs. Session examples include:
Discussion centered around creating balance and simple action steps
You sharing You! (possibly accompanied by a few tears) Sometimes it's comforting to have a safe space with someone who will listen with compassion!
