The programs I provide are customized for each of my clients. Workouts are based on each individual's fitness goals, body type, physiology, experience, activity level, mode of exercise, etc. Sessions encompass all levels of experience (beginner, intermediate and advanced) and specialize in weight loss, lean muscle gain, strength and conditioning, and even mass gain.
