Kat's Training Programs

The programs I provide are customized for each of my clients.  Workouts are based on each individual's fitness goals, body type, physiology, experience, activity level, mode of exercise, etc.  Sessions encompass all levels of experience (beginner, intermediate and advanced) and specialize in weight loss, lean muscle gain, strength and conditioning, and even mass gain.  All programs include :
  • Custom 1-hour training session
  • I travel to your location (home and/or park)
  • Progression in training (workouts continuously change)
  • Workout tips for the days you are on your own
  • Continuous support via email or phone
